A few weeks ago I wrote about the launch of the Viner supported elite youth squad, VC Prestige. Well London Cycle Sport caught up with the squad at the March Hare Youth Race Meeting, and have kindly let me use the photos they took of their team bikes.

The four riders will be riding Viner’s top aluminium frameset – the Primus. This frame is handbuilt using Dedacciai’s triple butted scandium EM2 tubeset, and features Viner’s RHF1 Full Carbon fork.

All the squads rider’s have been fitted by Italian expert Guiseppe Giannecchini of Velo Solutions at East London’s boutique cycle shop, Le Beau Velo, which means their Primus frames are handbuilt to their exact dimensions. Other equipment includes Deda finishing kit and the Miche Primato 11spd groupset (that uses Campag Athena shifters and derailleurs).

The photos below really show the beautiful smooth welds of the frame and the great paintjob, which should stand up to a full season’s racing.
